Section 23. Estimate of income and expenditure.
(1) The Corporation shall, before the commencement of the month of March, submit to the Minister estimate of income and expenditure of the Corporation for the following year, and the Minister shall, before the commencement of the following year, inform the Corporation of the overall amount for expenses approved.
(2) The Corporation may at any time submit to the Minister an additional estimate for the financial year and Minister may approve all or any part of the additional expenses included therein.
