Section 133. Inspection and copies.

(1) All registers, counterfoils of certificates and other documents held by any Registrar in pursuance of this Part shall be pubIic documents within the meaning of the Evidence Ordinance, 1950 [F.M. Ord. No.11 of 1950], and shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of the prescribed fee.

(2) The Registrar shall on payment of the prescribed fee furnish to any person a certified copy of any entry in a register, or counterfoil, certificate or other documents as aforesaid.
