Section 60. Making, selling, etc., intoxicating drink.

Any person who makes, sells, presents, exhibits for sale, keeps or buys any liquor or intoxicating drink is guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
