Section 31. Appearances by the Majlis.
The Majlis may appear in any court (including courts other than Syariah Courts) or office of Government by its President, Deputy President or Secretary, or by any person appointed for the purpose, whether generally or in any particular case, under the corporate seal of the Majlis.
