Section 36. Constitution of Kathis' Courts.

(1) The Ruler in Council may by notification in the Gazette constitute a Court of the Chief Kathi for the State.

(2) The Ruler in Council may by notification in the Gazette constitute Courts of Kathis at such places as he may deem fit, and may prescribe the local limits of jurisdiction of such Courts.
