Section 104. Not praying the Jumaat prayer.

Any male person being an akil baligh who does not pray the Jumaat prayer in his mukim masjid for three consecutive times without any syar'ie disability and without any reasonable cause shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both .
