Section 23. Release of person arrested.
No person who has been arrested by a Penyelia Agama or Pegawai from the Majlis or Police Officer under this Enactment shall be released except on his own bond or on bail or under the order in writing of a Kadi or of an Officer not below the rank of Inspector:
Provided that if he fails to perform it, he shall be arrested under a warrant issued by the Kadi as in Form 2B of the Schedule.
