Section 117. Illicit intercourse.

Any person who has an illicit intercourse with another person not lawfully married to him (whether or not such other person professed the Muslim Religion), shaII be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, or to both.
