PART II - GENERAL PROVISIONS AS TO CRIMINAL COURTS CHAPTER IV - SUMMONS Warrant of Arrest
Section 33. Warrants to whom directed.
(1) A warrant of arrest shgall ordinarily be directed to a Religious Enforcement Officer and such officer may execute such warrant in any part of the State of Sabah.
(2) The Court issuing a warrant may direct it to the Comissioner of Police Sabah and all other Police Officers in the State of Sabah or any person by name not being a Religious Enforcement Officer or Police Officer and such person or officer may execute the same in any part of the State of Sabah.
