ENACTMENT NO. 13 OF 1994 STATE AMAL JARIAH FUND ENACTMENT 1994
Section 13. Power of State Authority in relation to the Board.
(1) The State Authority may given the Board such directions of a general nature as are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Enactment as relate to the exercise and performance of its functions and the Board shall give effect to all such directions.
(2) The Board shall furnish the State Authority with such returns, accounts and other informations with respect to the assets and activities of the Fund as it may from time to time require.
