Section 177. Husband forcing or allowing wife to prostitution.

A husband who forces, approves or allows his wife to offer herself for prostitution with the intention of receiving earnings therefrom shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
