Section 2A. Saving of prerogative.

Save as is otherwise expressly provided for in this Enactment, nothing in this Enactment contained shall derogate from or effect the prerogative rights and powers of the Yang Di-Pertuan Agong as Head of Islamic religion in the State of Sabah as declared and set forth in the Constitution of the State of Sabah.
