Section 61. Intoxicating liquor.

Whoever shall purchase or sell or consume any intoxicating liquor shall be guilty of an offence punishable with a fine not exceeding $100 or imprisonment not exceeding one month or both, or in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding $300 or imprisonment not exceeding 3 months or both.
