Section 69. Contradictory doctrine.

Whoever, shall teach or publicly expound any doctrine of Islamic religion or perform any ceremony or act in any manner contrary to Hukum Shara' or to any fetua issued by the Majlis shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with fine not exceeding $250.
