Section 113. Food in Ramdzan.
Whoever not being permitted to break fast during the hours of day-light in the month of Ramdzan consumes during those hours, any food or drink or smokes tobacco shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty-five dollars or, in the case of a second or subsequent offence, not exceeding fifty dollars.
