PART XXII - EXECUTION BY OTHER COURTS
Section 181. Execution by civil court.
The Court may in the form provided request the civil court to execute any judgment or to appoint a receiver by way of equitable execution if it appears probable that the judgment will otherwise be unsatisfied.
