Section 71. Claims by a woman who has been divorced.

A woman who has been divorced by her husband may make a claim in any Court at any time after the divorce has been pronounced in respect of-

(a) joint property;

(b) maintenance of child; and

;

unless both parties have agreed to a settlement in the presence of a Registrar.
