PART X. - GENERAL

Section 107. Repeal and savings.

(1) Upon the coming into force of this previous Enactment is hereby repealed.

(2) All regulations, rules, proclamations, orders, notices, forms, authorization letters and appointments issued or made under the previous Enactment in relation to matters provided for in this Enactment shall remain in force, in so far as they are not inconsistent with this Enactment, until revoked or replaced regulations, rules, proclamations, orders, notices, for authorization letters or appointments issued or made under this Enactment.
