Section 34. Prohibition against disciosure of information etc.

(1) Except for the purpose of this Enactment or for the purpose of any criminal proceedings under this Enactment, no member, officer or servant of the Corporation or any subsidiary of the Corporation may disclose any information in relation to any matter obtained in the course of his duty and which is not published in pursuance of this Enactment.

(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to both.
