Section 2. Prescribing og fees.
The fees in respect of any document received or furnished by or filed, exhibited, recorded, used or transacted in any Court of a Kathi or Assistant Kathis shall be as set out in the Schedule to this Enactment and the Ruler in Council may from time to time by order published in the Gazzette amend or add to such Schedule.
