Section 4. Size and format.

Every proceeding and every document used in any proceeding, other than original documents produced in evidence, shall, unless the nature of the document renders it impracticable, be written, type-written or printed, or partly written, partly type-written, and partly printed, on foolscap folio paper of good quality and shall have adequate margines.
