PART II - OFFENCES
Section 5. Indecent behaviour.
(1) Any person who willfully commits any act or behaves in a manner which is indecent according to Hukum Syarak in any public place shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
(2) Any male Muslim person who is found in any place making love with any female person, whether a Muslim or not, other than his spouse shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
(3) Any female Muslim person who is found in any place making love with any male person, whether a Muslim or not, other than her husband shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
