PART XVII – HEARING
Section 118. Note of evidence.
The Court shall take a note of the evidence given and so far as appears desirable, of the submissions of law made, including any objections to evidence, and may add remarks on the demeanour of witnesses and other material matters. The Court, unloess it delivers a written judgment, shall also make a note of the judgment or order.
