PART VII - MISCELLANEOUS

Section 39. Repeal.

(1) The Control of Religious Schools (Melaka) Enactment 1988 [Enactment No. 2 of 1988] is repealed.

(2) All appointments, rules, exemptions, directions and orders made, all registers kept and all certificates granted or having effect under the laws or orders repealed by this section and in force or having effect at the commencement of this Enactment shall continue to be in force and have effect as if they had been made, kept or granted under this Enactment, until otherwise provided for under this Enactment.
