ZAKAT AND FITRAH ENACTMENT 1993

PART II - ESTABLISHMENT AND ADMINISTRATION


Section 8. Establishment of Zakat and Fitrah Division.

(1) A Zakat and Fitrah Division (hereinafter referred to as 'the Division'), shall be established to carry out the functions of administering zakat and fitrah.

(2) The Division shall comprise officers and staff from the State Public Service.
