ENACTMENT NO. 1 OF 1949 COUNCIL OF RELIGION AND MALAY CUSTOM ENACTMENT, 1369 (1949)
Section 8. Incorporation of Council.
(i) The Council shall be a body corporate under the name of the "Council of Religion and Malay Custom" with perpetual succession and a common seal and with power to hold and dispose of property, movable and immovable, for the purposes of this or any other Enactment.
(ii) The Council may sue and be sued by the said name and may for all purposes be described by that name, and service on the Council of all legal processes and notices shall be effected by service on the Secretary.
