Section 109. Determining whether non-registered person is a Muslim

If any question arises within the State of Pahang whether a person who is not registered in the Register of Muallaf or who is not registered under any law of any state as a new convert to Islam that question shall be decided by the Syariah High Court according to Hukum Syarak.
