Any person aggrieved by any judgment, order or decision of any Court, any Syariah Judge or the Registrar under this Ordinance may appeal to the Syariah High Court or the Syariah Appeal Court, as the case may be, according to the procedures laid down by the Syariah Court Ordinance, 2001 [Cap. 42] or in any other written law relating to the civil or criminal procedure of the Syariah Courts.
