Section 124. Polygamy without Court's permission
Any man who, during the subsistence of marriage, contracts another marriage in any place without the prior permission in writing of the Court commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both.
