Section 97. Notification of forbidden published material.

The Majlis may notify in the Gazette any book, pamphlet, record, document, film or any other similar material as a publication which is forbidden, if it contains any matter which is contrary to the Hukum Syarak or any lawful fatwa or the Kelantan Malay custom as defined in this Enactment.
