PART VI – SERVICE
Section 41. Place and time.
Service may be effected at any place, on any day and at any time of the day or night. Service after 4.00 p.m. shall ordinarilly be deemed to have been effected on the folloing day. Service effected after noon on the day preceding, or at any time on, the weekly holiday, or on any public holiday, shall be deemed to have been effected on the day after such hholiday.
