Section 66. Opinion on instrument.

If in the opinion of the Majlis any instrument or declaration of any wakaf or nazar is obscure or uncertain, the Majlis may refer the matter to the Jamaah Ulama' and shall act on the opinion given by the Jamaah Ulama'.
