PART III - FINANCIAL CHARITABLE TRUSTS
Section 19. Escheat.
Where, after the commencement of this Enactment, any Muslim dies in such circumstances that, under the provisions of Hukum Shara', his property would prior to the commencement of this Enactment have vested in, or been payable to the Fund known as the Bait-ul-Mal, the property of such person shall, in pursuance of such provisions of Hukum Shara', vest in and be payable to the Majlis and shall form part of the General Endowment Fund.
