Section 69. Matters not provided for.
In matters of practice and procedure in criminal proceedings, not expressly provided for in this Enactment or any rules made thereunder, the Courts shall have regard to the avoidance of injustice and the convenient despatch of business and may have regard to the practice and procedure obtaining in the subordinate Civil Courts in criminal proceedings.
