Section 44. Deposits.
The Majlis may accept deposit into the baitulmal Fund from Muslim individuals, bodies or organisations on such terms and conditions as to the repayment and investments thereof and the benefits payable thereon, or otherwise, as may be agreed between the majlis and the depositor.
