PART II - RELIGIOUS COURTS
PROCEDURE IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS

Section 29. Prosecution.

The prosecution shall be conducted

(a)

by Penda'wa Jenayah.

(b)

by Penyelia Ugama.

(c)

by any person appointed in writing by His Highness the Sultan to prosecute.

(d)

by Public Prosecutor or his Deputy.

(e)

by Police Officer.

(f)

by the complainant.

None of such persons shall be entitled to prosecute if any person mentioned before him in the preceding list is available and willing to do so.
