Section 133. Failure to follow order.

Any person who, having responsibility under this Enactment to perform something or desist from doing something, wilfully neglects or fails to act accordingly shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
