PART XXIII - INTERIM ORDERS AS TO PROPERTY

Section 184. Sale of subject matter

The Court may order the sale, without prejudice to any subsequent finding, of any property in dispute in any proceedings which-

(a) is subject to rapid decay or deterioration; or

(b) incurs charges for food or keep; or

in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be just.
