Baitumal and Financial Procedire of the Majlis

Section 72. Expenses of the Majlis.

(1) All costs, charges and expenses of adminitering the property and assets vested in the Majlis, including the cost of maintenance and repair of any immovable property, the salaries and allowances of all servants of the Majlis, and the fees and allowances payable to any officer or member of the Majlis in respect of their services as a servant, officer or member the Majlis, shall be paid out of the property and assets of the Baitumal.

(2) The President is authorized to approved any vireman concerning allocation for a particular year if he deems if fit to do so provided that it is not contrary to Hukum Syarak.
