PART XXI - JUDGMENT DEBTORS SUMMONS, WARRANT OF ARREST, ETC.

Section 172. Application for attachment of property.

(1) An application for attachment of property before judgment shall be made in the form provided.

(2) An order for attachment of property before judgment shall be delivered to the bailiff together with a copy of each of the affidavits used on the application.

(3) The bailiff shall deliver to the person whose property is attached the aforesiad order and copies of such order if requested to.
