CHAPTER 1 - INTERLOCUTORY PROCEEDINGS

Section 194. Order made ex parte may be set aside.

(1) The Court may, on the application of any party to any cause or matter, set aside an order made ex parte under this Chapter.

(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be made within fourteen days from the date of the order and shall be heard inter parte.
