Section 15. Conduct of prosecution.

WIthout prejudice to Article 145 (3) of the Federal Constitution, any authorised officer or any police officer not below the rank of an Inspector shall have the authority to appear in any court and conduct any prosecution in respect of any offence under this Enactment.
