PART V - SYAR'IE LAWYER


Section 34. Wakalah Syar'ie Lawyer.

(1) The wakalah of a Syar'ie Lawyer shall be pronounced by the person who appoints, and accepted by the Syar'ie Lawyer so appointed, before the Court or the Registrar.

(2) Where a Syar'ie Lawyer has accepted his appointment under subsection (1), he shall, before taking any step in the proceedings, file a wakalah in Form MS 5.
