PART X - HOW PUNISHMENT IS CARRIED OUT
Section 53. Medical examination before execution of punishment.
A hudud punishment imposed, other than the punishment of death and rejam shall not be executed unless the offender is medically examined by a Muslim medical officer and certified to be fit by that officer.
