PART XVIII – JUDGMENTS AND ORDERS
Section 124. Judgment.
Judgment and its grounds shall be pronounced in open Court if the Judge has written his judgment, but if for any reason the Judge is unable to read his judgment, the judgment may be read in open Court by any other Judge or the Registrar. The original or signed copy of every written judgment shall be filed.
