Section 26. Power to prohibit representation.

(1) Any person or advocate who represents any party in a proceeding in court can be prohibited from futher representing that party if the Court is of the opinion that he is no longer qualified to represent that party.

(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), the Majlis may, after the court has given its opinion under sub-section (1) withdraw the certificate in writing issued under section 25 or 24(1) as the case may be and any payment made by any such person or advocate shall be deemed to be forfeited.
