Section 22. Hirabah.

Allah SWT said

Means:

"The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and his messenger and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucification or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: That their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the hereafter".

(The Holy Quran, Surah Al-Maidah, 5:33)

Hirabah is an act of taking another person's property by force or threat of the use of force done by a persons or a group of person armed with weapon or any instrument capable of being used as weapon.
