Procedure (General)

Section 50. Courts to be opened.

Every trial or hearing in Court shall be held in public.

Provided that a Court may order that the whole or any part of the proceedings before it may take place in a closed Court if it is satisfied that it is in the interest of justice or propriety so to do.
