PART VI - OFFENCES
Section 78. Penalties.
Any person who -
(a) is guilty of an offence; or
(b) without lawful excuse, proof of which shall lie on him, refuses or neglects to do anything, he is by this Enactment or by any rules made thereunder required to do; or
(c) without lawful excuse, proof of which shall lie in him, acts contravention of facts to comply with any provisions of this Enactment or any rules made thereunder;
shall, where no special penalty is provided, be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month or to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine.
