Section 19. Presiding over meetings.
(1) The President or, in his absence, the Deputy President, shall preside as Chairman at all meetings of the Majlis.
(2) If the President and the Deputy President are absent from a meeting, the members present shall elect from amongst their number a person to preside as Chairman for that meeting.
